Welcome to American High School's Spirit Week 2020 Website!
Each day, there will be a new page unlocked which corresponds with the daily class performances. Those components have been made by your peers all in preparation for this week. You can contribute to your class's score by participating in dress-up days, posting images on social media, and donating to the charity drive. Also, keep an eye out for the student voting link that will be sent to you via Loopmail.
Make sure to stay supportive and have a magical Spirit Week!
Check out the hourglasses each day for an update on your class's participation points! Participation points can be earned through dress ups, Zoom backgrounds, and class hashtags. If your class is lagging behind, be sure to encourage your friends to participate and get those points up!
Our dress up days are:
Main Character Monday: Dress like your favorite book, movie, or TV show character or wear WHITE
Tacky Tourist Tuesday: Dress like a typical tourist or wear BLUE
Wicked Wednesday: Dress like your favorite villain or wear RED
Throwback Thursday: Dress in any retro fashion or wear BLACK
Freedom Friday: Show your AHS spirit by wearing red, white, and/or blue!
Your third period (Tuesday, Thursday) and fourth period (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) teachers will be responsible for counting, so make sure to remind them if they forget!

Our Spirit Week coin drive this year will now be an online charity drive! All proceeds will go towards the California Fire Foundation to aid families and firefighters that have been affected by the recent wildfires. Participate to make a difference and earn points for your class!
You will need to directly donate to the California Fire Foundation and take a timestamped screenshot of your receipt featuring your name or your parent’s name. If you are caught cheating or altering screenshots, your class may face serious repercussions, even possible disqualification. Please be honest!
You will have the choice to either add or subtract values from classes.
$1 - ±5 Points
$5 - ±10 Points
$10 - ±15 Points
$20 - ±20 Points
$35 and above - ±30 Points
